Name and skills are references to video game character, Sonic the Hedgehog. He can easily be denied by monsters such as Pierceid, Saika, or Nabuline, due to his vulnerable trait. Strong Dark attackers like Helgudin and Zunobia can defeat this dead rat from the street. Only one AoE move which deals a paltry 30 damage. Has a spammable 60 damage skill, meaning he's fine against CDA. However, he only has one AoE (only used for reinstating Pierce), he struggles against Anticipation as he relies on his extra turns to boost his low damage output, and his trait leaves him easily denied. 
His most powerful single-target attack may not be as high as other attackers, but it's spammable, which is definitely worth it. His stats are all great as well, he has two nice damage-reducing Tortures in Poison and Bleed, and he utilizes extra turns to deal even more damage, which helps out with his underwhelming damage output. For his role, he has some amazing relics with Sword and the almighty Essence.
He's one of the only three Legendary attackers in the game with Pierce as a trait, which replaces his SC: Pierce.
